After we took two crews to New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina, I realized that sometimes there are those in need on the other side of your fence. Traveling to other countries or across the country to help those is need is very worthy, humbling and impacts those we are helping, but there are needs in your own community as well. My faith in God and His love for people motivates me to serve my neighbor, whether they're across the fence or across the globe. We should help those far away as well as our close neighbors too!
Do what you can to help those in need. They need a break! And mountains of blessings on all of our volunteers and supporters!
